Instant Pot Rice-a-Roni
Ingredients
1-cup rice
½ cup thin noodles or vermicelli, broken into 1” pieces
3 Tablespoons olive oil
2 cups vegetarian or chicken bouillon
Directions
Using sauté setting, cook rice and pasta in olive oil until golden
Add bouillon
Turn Instant Pot to manual and let cook on high pressure for 5 minutes and then do a natural pressure release for 10 minutes more. Rice should be ready. Optional- Stir in almonds, fresh parsley, pine nuts or any herb of your choosing. Enjoy!
Serves about 4-6
